We had to have a new counter top for our kitchen during repairs. Sheryl was patient, truly knowledgeable and totally helpful in selecting just the right piece of granite for my kitchen. Fernando and his assistant did a exemplary job with total focus on quality installation, exactness of fit, and a very thorough clean up afterwards. The costs were appropriate and below some of the other estimates, the work was totally top notch. We are very, very happy with the results.

Best service I've had from a stone company! From the showroom to the final installation, it was quality 5* customer service...at a reasonable price too! The cut included the most beautiful grain in the granite! I'll definitely come back to NSS for my next home project!

So much to choose from, all beautiful slabs - and I was welcome to take my time to get just the right one. The whole process was easy and efficient. Wonderful customer service! We were a little nervous about choosing a granite/quartz supplier as first time do-it-yourself kitchen remodelers, but the staff at NSS made the process very easy. Our contractor referred us to Natural Stone Solutions. We met Matt at the stone yard to select our future countertops and found him very helpful in taking the time to guide us through the selection of the slabs and allowing us to be present in the layout of the Natural stone patterns in the individual pieces. Amazingly quick from measurement to finished product. We had 2 minor problems that they immediately rectified the same day. Matt was the ultimate in customer service. Everything they promised they delivered....and then some. 6-star rating.

From start to finish everyone did a great job. Matt Burnett was very professional and knowledgeable about all their products. Matt worked with me on the granite color to complement the kitchen floor and cabinets. The 2 installers also did a fantastic job of tearing out the old countertops to install. I was completely satisfied from the moment I walked into the store. I was checking out different countertop businesses in Sarasota (there are many) and as soon as I walked in Cheryl approached me and answered all my questions. I had no idea what I was doing but they were there to help. Wonderful experience and my countertops are beautiful!

Paulie was very helpful from the beginning. He provided a list of slab suppliers and provided immediate estimates for all the selections. When we picked our selection it appeared we would need three slabs. NSS did not have a remnant. We decided not to do the bathroom and eliminate one slab. Paulie then tried to figure out how to rearrange the templates to see if everything could fit on two slabs. He finally came up with an arrangement to accommodate all required pieces but prefaced his remarks with it will depend on the cutting. Well Paulie’s templates worked, the fabricating shop was right on and the installers did a perfect job. Would recommend NSS for any countertop work.
